Delete your Nicholson Living account

In the app

1. Open Nicholson Living and sign in.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete my app account, then confirm.

We delete your app account within 7 days and confirm when it is done.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email office@nicholsongroup.co.uk from the email address on your tenancy. Use the subject "Delete my Nicholson Living account" and give the address of your home. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything.

What is deleted

• Your app sign-in account and sign-in history.
• Notification tokens for all your devices.
• In-app usage records that are not part of your tenancy record.

What we have to keep

Deleting your app account does not end your tenancy. We must keep tenancy records by law: repairs, messages, documents, notices, rent and invoices. We keep them for the length of your tenancy and 6 years after it ends, and copies of right to rent documents for 1 year after it ends. You can still contact us about your tenancy in other ways. If you are still a tenant, you can sign up to the app again at any time.
